Childhood Trauma Damages the Health and Life of Every Other Person Alive Today

Every other adult alive today was neglected, bullied, beaten or downright abused when they were young. The chronic stress damages vital body functions, and leads to an increased risk of mental and physical diseases later in life, as well as destructive behavior patterns. Most psychiatrists and physicians ignore the origin of the illness such as stroke, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer's and prescribe therapies that are ineffective, leaving their patients ill, and in pain, and wasting billions of dollars as they do so. So you have to take matters into your own hands to get better. To give you the tools to do so we will create an app that will guide you through practical routines to regain your health and become the best you can.

Your Past

A first step towards healing must begin with a close look into your past. This is not as easy as you may think. Your body may have protected your young self by hiding the pains you endured from your conscious mind. Yet, the truth will out. It shows up in nightmares, flashbacks, emotional flare ups and bizarre behavior patterns. You become disconnected from yourself and others.

A journey back into the past may result in rage and fury. Or tears. Be prepared.  This is the path to become the best you possibly can and live life to the fullest. To reconnect browse through old letters, diaries and photographs. Were you happy or sad? Did you shrink away from family members? What did your school certificates say about your behavior? The study of "Adverse Childhood Experience" by Dr. Vincent Felitti and Dr. Robert Anda 1998 provides you with a questionnaire that highlights your health risks. The original research was based on a sample of 17,000 white middle-class patients in California asking them about their childhood.
